Display Journal Entry Template You can display the list of journal entry templates and header details. To get the exact Journal Entry Template, you can give journal entry template number, company code and Fiscal year. Additionally, you can also use the optional filters ‘CreatedByUser’, ‘HeaderText’ and ‘Reference’. Display Jornal Entry Template for company code 0001 . Display Jornal Entry Template Details for 101760728 Company code 0001 and year 2024 .
Post a Journal Entry from a Journal Entry Template This can be done either from selecting one of the listed journal entry templates or independently asking joule to post a Journal Entry from an existing journal entry template. For posting from template, the following details are needed: Journal Entry Template number Posting Date Fiscal year G/L Account for the line items Amount value for the line items Post from journal entry template 101760728 Company Code 0001 and Fiscal Year 2026 posting date 2026-01-15 .
Open Journal Entry Template in Manage Journal Entry Templates app This will navigate to the Manage Journal Entry Templates app (F1598) for the selected details. You must click on the button ‘ Open in App ’.
