Purpose
This CDS view retrieves the document versions of the document info records for the given document types. This CDS view provides the data to answer the following business question: What are the document info records that exist for the given document types? What are the version numbers of the document info records?

Prerequisites
Authorizations One of the following business catalogs needs to be assigned to a user to be able to use this CDS view: SAP_PLM_BC_DIR_EXTD_PC SAP_PLM_BC_DIR_EXTD_MC Users who want to use this CDS view must have a role that includes authorization based on at least one of the business catalogs listed above. In this role, the following restriction types must be set to read access: DOKAR These restriction types are edited in the Maintain Business Roles app. Users who want to use this CDS view must have the following authorization objects assigned: C_DRAW_TCD (Authorization for document activities.)

It categorizes documents according to their distinguishing features and the organizational procedures that result from them.
